Natalia Trevino Amaro Mindful Moda Fashion Show – Sustainable Fashion

Hi everyone! Happy Tuesday!

This past weekend, I attended a sustainable fashion show! It was called Mindful Moda by Natalia Trevino Amaro. She is a fashion designer who makes clothing all from deadstock fabric or remnants. One of my favorite designs of hers is the Patchwork sets or tops. It is such a way to think outside of the box while trying to prevent as much waste as possible. She also included fellow fashion designers in the show.

The featured designers and industry officials in the show were Natalia Trevino Amaro, Megan McSherry, Brigitte Canty, Eliana Konsker from ShopZero, Danielle Vermeer (Teleport), Susana Guillen (Designer), Vaed by Veronica Arroyo, Noe Dresses, and Brandi Joan. They are all different and cool in their own ways. It was great to see women’s fashion in such a diverse way.
